Here are some of the forms that we may ask for on occasion and an explanation of what they are for.
This form is used to set up the client’s bank account so that vault cash is directly deposited into their account. The surcharge will go directly into the client’s account without us (ATM Helpers) having to send a check. This is the safest way for clients to receive their funds. Clients can receive these funds every business day (good for the vault cash so they can replenish the vault) or monthly – which is how most people prefer to receive their surcharge. Surcharge Change Form:
This form is used when a client/location would like to change the surcharge being charged at their ATM. We must have this form before we make the change in our system and before the Tech can be dispatched to the location. Please click on the form link and Right Click to print the form.
